Kinmora Support

Help for accounts, access, care circles, privacy and deletion requests.

For Kinmora support, email helpkinmora@gmail.com. Support can help with account issues, sign-in issues, care-circle access, profile or photo issues, notification issues, medication, appointment or check-in questions, Apple Health permissions, privacy requests, account deletion questions and general app troubleshooting.

Emergency notice: Kinmora is not monitored for emergencies and is not an emergency monitoring service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

Account and sign-in help

If you cannot sign in, check that you are using the same sign-in method you used to create the account, such as email/password, Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. Email/password users may need to verify their email address. If you need help, include the email address associated with your account when contacting support.

Care circle access issues

If you cannot see a care circle, ask the care-circle owner to confirm that you are still a member and that you are using the correct account. Care circle information is private and only approved members should be able to view it.

Notification troubleshooting

Kinmora can send phone notifications for enabled items such as medication due soon reminders, medication taken updates, medication overdue alerts, appointment reminders, manual reading updates, check-ins, help requests, call requests, messages and care activity. If notifications are missing, check Kinmora notification settings, iOS notification permissions, internet connection and device focus or quiet modes.

Profile and photo issues

If your profile photo does not update everywhere immediately, close and reopen the app or check your internet connection. If the issue continues, contact support with your account email and a short description.

HealthKit and Apple Health permissions

Device Insights use Apple Health only with permission. Apple Health permissions are optional and can be managed in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app. Device Insights depend on supported devices, available Apple Health data and granted permissions. Kinmora is read only for Apple Health and does not write data back to Apple Health.

Account deletion support

You can initiate account deletion inside Kinmora from Settings. If you need help with account deletion or have questions about shared care-circle records, email helpkinmora@gmail.com.

Privacy requests

For privacy questions or requests, contact helpkinmora@gmail.com. Please include the email address associated with your Kinmora account so we can identify the relevant account.

Report a concern

If you need to report inappropriate content, abusive behaviour, a privacy concern, a child account concern, or any issue involving use of Kinmora, contact us at helpkinmora@gmail.com.

We will review support and safety concerns as soon as reasonably possible and may remove content, restrict access, or delete accounts where appropriate.
